SHIPPING POLICY

We’re so grateful you’re here and can’t wait for your paper goods to arrive. Here’s what you can expect:


Processing Time

Most orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During new launches, sales, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer — but we always work quickly and carefully to get your order out the door.


Shipping Time

Once your order is on the way:

  • Domestic orders (U.S.) typically arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
  • Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.


Holiday Shipping

Please keep in mind that during the holiday season, carriers sometimes experience delays. While we cannot control postal slowdowns, we promise your order will always be packed with care — and worth the wait.

We recommend ordering early during peak seasons to ensure timely arrival.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Good Dharma Design, LLC is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
  • Lost or delayed packages due to address errors

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed off to the carrier, delivery is managed by the shipping provider.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors
  • Checking around your property
  • Contacting your local post office
